Eel’s Reverence – 7/10
EEL’S REVERENCE is living proof that you should never throw anything away. I had a piece of a story about a wandering monk, brother or priest being surrounded by wolves and I had a piece of a story about a mermayd on land. Force of Habit – 11/10
FORCE OF HABIT answers the age-old question: What if there were Jesuits in space? Some people detest fan fiction (original fiction based on characters or worlds established by professionally published or produced writing), but I enjoy it. For one thing, it’s one way to slip a story past one’s inner editor. The basic plot and characters of this novel began life as a Star Trek (The Original Show) story called “Mudd In Your Eye” but turned into something completely different. Well, it does still have a spaceship in it.
